We have worked with Traci Oliver and the Traci Oliver Team on 2 separate real estate transactions. The first one was almost ten years ago when we were moving to Virginia from New England, and we were looking to purchase a home in Loudoun County. Traci and her team gave us an incredible amount of help. We were usually down here only during weekends and Traci carefully crafted a packed schedule of houses we were interested in seeing. It was great to work with that level of organization when making such an important decision. Also, she showed us properties the whole day and evening before Thanksgiving to assist us in finding the perfect home when she was hosting the holiday at her home the very next day. Traci is beyond patient and knows the real estate business extremely well. After all the numerous properties we viewed we found our dream home and couldn’t have done it without her.

Recently my father-in-law passed away and we had to sell my husbands mom’s home in Arlington. Traci again got right to work, she had the pictures lined up, the sign in the yard and the open houses set up within a couple days of getting the assignment. She had a great strategy on how to maximize our sales price and the home sold within three days of listing for about 14% above asking price. She did all this while the road in front of the home was being repaved and had no parking signs on both sides of the streets. This was a major feat, but she did it and we closed within two weeks of signing the contract.

Traci is the consummate professional and most definitely has her client’s best interest at heart. We have worked with her twice now and will work with her again when our daughter purchases her home. "We had an amazing home buying experience with Beth. We first met her over a zoom call. Since we were first time buyers, she explained all the process in detail. We were really impressed with her on the first meeting itself. The call was loaded with a lot of information, so we had to ask her about many of the topics multiple times later and she was always ready to explain it again. She was available after normal work hours and during weekends which helped us to view houses without taking time-off from work. When viewing houses, she always came prepared. On our first showing, since we were first time home buyers, she took time to patiently explain what to look for during a showing. When we had to submit offers, she was very quick and thorough with the paperwork. The research she does beforehand and her knowledge on local market helped us to determine the right price for a property and to submit competitive offers. Whenever we requested, she was always ready to speak with the seller's agent to get us the additional information that was not available in the listing. Once an offer is submitted, she followed up with seller's agent to get regular updates on status of our offer and kept us informed.
