We have been associated with Beth for over an year. She first helped us renting a townhouse in Fairfax, and then purchase a single family house in Burke, VA.

She was warm, friendly and patient - since we were fist time buyers, she spent a lot of time explaining the entire process in detail. She had been very responsive and proactive throughout the long drawn out search process - we had been looking for over 4 months. She made herself available after work hours and weekends, which was important for us, since we could not take a lot of time out from our work. We never felt rushed or pressured into making any decision.

She also has an reliable team of expert contacts whom she would directly coordinate with on our behalf - be it mortgage broker, title company or arranging the home inspection, which really took the pain out of the process for us. She takes her job very seriously and is a thorough professional.

She is extremely well-organized and took on the responsibility of keeping us on track with timelines for submitting offers, reviewing documents and reminding us of all the small details which we may have overlooked.
