In sum, Traci provided solid advice and service from day 1 — recommending where to put our money in getting it ready, setting a price that — as the contract and sold price indicate — was right in line with the market, how to handle the home inspection items, and pushing the buyer to keep to the contract when things started to get shaky. Traci is very busy, obviously for good reason, but we never felt she didn’t have time for us. We would definitely recommend her and use her again!

This is the third time that Traci has acted as an agent for us either on the buying or selling of a home. Traci took her role seriously as an advocate for us. She advocated for us thru-out the buying process despite the builders open disregard for keeping delivery timelines. I would without hesitation use Traci again for either a new or pre-owned home. Traci is a pit bull (in a good way). I was moving interstate, and she worked with me every step of the way with finding houses, arranging things on my schedule when I could be available for viewings, gave me honest and frank advice and pointed out things that I might have missed during the viewing process that helped me with house hunting. She was great to deal with, and gave me honest information and realistic expectations. But she also listened to what I was asking of her and made sure to try and accommodate me as much as possible.

Traci sold both our townhouse and single family home in just a few weeks. She knows how to price right for the market and all it takes to sell a home (in terms of necessary repairs, advertising, etc.).
